We’re launching a community action group to understand more about why there aren’t more disabled voices at a decision making level in arts organisations.
Our goal is to address the under representation of disabled, D/deaf and neurodivergent people on boards.
We want to create more access to leadership - decision making roles in arts and culture based organisations, including those who are learning disabled neurodiverse, D/deaf, visually impaired or physically disabled.
RAWD (Random Acts of Wildness Disability) is a company dedicated to helping disabled people grow through life & art by; inclusive weekly theatre based sessions, professional theatre touring, individual professional development, training, accessible social events and creative access consultancy.
We produce inclusive arts experiences and performances which all present and amplify the disabled perspective.
